This is the last phase of the entire Flexibility for Martial Arts – The Complete Approach.

This phase builds off of the previous phases to make the most out of your newfound flexibility.

This phase transforms that flexibility into mobility, so your kicks can get higher with less effort.

This also brings more well-rounded fitness for your hips, so you reduce injury-risk and you gain more kicking control.

The previous phases also build strength, but this strength training adds another dimension to your training.

Included are:

1). Detailed video for the hamstrings section

2). Detailed video for the adductor section

3). The manual including your workout schedule, flexibility tips, etc.4

4). Time stamps for each video so that you can quickly reference specific parts of each video
