In this phase you’ll learn powerful techniques to gain strength and flexibility in your adductors and hamstrings.

It includes answers to many questions you could possibly come up with, coaching tips to take the confusion out of flexibility training, and time stamps so that you can go directly to specific points in the video when you need to reference specific information.
